You’ll enjoy your own private accommodation (each participant will have their own bedroom), with plenty of space and time for yourself or to connect with other Retreat attendees. There will be ample opportunity to integrate the teachings on your own, make new connections, gorge on exquisite food prepared by our private chef, or simply relax and allow your creativity to flow in the stunning natural surroundings of Fair Oak Farm — an award-winning retreat centre in the heart of the Sussex countryside.

The accommodation at Fair Oak Farm ranges from sumptuous en-suite double bedrooms to deluxe tree-houses and shepherds huts. Every attendee will have their own bedroom and as much privacy as they wish.

Exquisite Food + Wine
Our private chef is an award-winning pioneer in intuitive, seasonally-led plant based cuisine. Her food focuses on flavour, simplicity and the quality of ingredients and is designed to play an experiential part of the Retreat. And… she’s a trained pastry chef, so expect some incredible deserts!

Ellie Seilern
Ellie Seilern is the CEO + Chief Culture Maker at Deva Alchemy Academy, a global education and training company for visionary entrepreneurs.
She works with Founders, Leaders and Creative Visionaries in helping them to express their Soul’s vision and values in business and beyond.
Her work focusses on helping clients access and navigate their Soul’s potential by teaching and applying refined energy alchemy skills, technologies and practises.
Her approach to energy alchemy is grounded, practical and fun! After 15 years of study, practise and experience of quantum energy healing, plant medicine, somatics and psychology, alongside 20 years of business and entrepreneurial experience, she holds a space of sovereignty, safety and profound transformation.
Rowan Belchers
Rowan is the Founder and CEO of Lockstep, an 18-year-old global consulting business.
He is an unapologetic business romantic and harbours high hopes for business finding its 'highest voice' as a positive shaper of society. Working alongside Rowan is a rich experience: challenging and stretching, but underpinned with positivity, meaning, and healthy ambition.
His work focuses on Founders and CEOs, with whom he builds remarkable businesses that achieve sacred success. He considers such businesses to be works of art. He sees leadership as a craft that can be learned, refined and evolved, always imbued with the energy and passion of a master craftsman/woman.

There will be a flip chart! But it won't be in a stuffy boardroom. Both Ellie and Rowan are keen on providing clear, detailed visuals to bring complex concepts to life and to illustrate vividly how they intersect with you and your own business.
There will be no yoga (unless you'd like to practise on your own during the ample free time you'll have!), although unique movement methods will be incorporated into the Retreat.
You will not be sitting in a drafty room on a hard chair for hours on end - the setting is cosy and conducive to creativity and inspiration.

You can fly into any of the London airports; Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton or Stansted.
Gatwick is the closest to the retreat centre.

Comfortable clothing that makes you feel good and cosy!
A pair of shoes/boots suitable for nature walking is recommended, as we'll be heading out for a walk during the weekend, and it'll probably be a tad muddy!
Please bring your own toiletries, towels are provided.
Your favourite notebook and pen, with which to jot down your insights and ideas (although we will also be providing a physical workbook).
